Karl and Angela Rees

This has been a very busy week for Karl. He worked on a paper most of the week. A draft of it was due Friday by Midnight. This weekend he has been studying for his final on Monday. He is studying by listening to some of the classes online. He also has a final Tuesday morning. Angela kept herself busy Christmas shopping and working on a puzzle.

On Saturday, Angela went to a law partners activity. They created “Finals Survival Kit.” It consisted of candy, popcorn and other snacks. Karl played a game of Ultimate frisbee in the snow. It was cold, but he enjoyed himself.

We are looking forward to Christmas vacation. Karl will have three weeks off and Angela will be off the 23rd through the 2nd. It will be nice to have all the time to spend with family and each other.

Tonight we were invited to a ward member’s house for dinner. We played Apples to Apples (which Angela won). It was nice to spend some time getting to know some ward members.

It was kind of a boring week for us.

This week will be pretty busy. Hopefully the first week of finals goes well for Karl. We plan on buying our first Christmas tree.
