
Thanks to my cousin Ali I have a great recipe for Spinach Artichoke dip. Most of the recipe comes from her friend Jodi, but she added the spinach to it so I am calling hers. A few people have wanted this, so I am finally giving in and posting. My only request is that you invite me over when you have it.
1 can artichoke hearts (in water), chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese (Kraft grated)
1/2 cup mayo
1 8oz package cream cheese
1/2 Tbls. lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of salt
clove of garlic, minced
(optional-1/2 to 3/4 cup Frozen chopped Spinach)
Mix all together with electric mixer. Put in baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes until top is browned. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers (or toasted french bread).
