Our week in 100 words:
Thomas has three new dance moves. He wouldn’t eat veggies for three days straight. He eventually gave in after crying for thirty minutes in his chair. Sang Happy Birthday to Paela. Ate strawberry cake. Angela and Thomas played in the park, went swimming. Angela made butterscotch Friday night while Karl played with Thomas. Grew tired of Comcast. Switched to Dish Network and (soon) AT&T DSL. Also discovered a powered antenna can pick up a decent number of local HDTV channels. Poked a large hole in the back of our entertainment center and installed silent fans to deal with overheating appliances.
The End.
(Yes, it took more time to get it down to 100 words than it took to write. And yes, watching Thomas cry for half an hour before he ate his vegetables was so hard on us that we wondered if it was really worth it.)

Hi Karl,
I'm not sure if you remember be; I'm Misty Johnson nee Hilton. I happened upon your blog and had to reminisce about The Skit. How long ago that seems now, sigh. Crazy too because I happened to be in the same stake in NYC as Jake Rugh a few years back. Glad to see you're settled and happy. I forgot you were from Austin. My brother and his family live there. He works for AMD.
Jot me a line when you have a free moment.
Take care,
Misty

Good to hear from you. I
Good to hear from you. I stopped by your website. That's a nice looking family you have. We're in San Jose right now. Haven't lived in Austin in quite a while, unfortunately.
So, speaking of Merrill 1100, it's been a good year for reuniting with people. A bunch of us recently got together and started a little book club / argument forum. http://perpetualvirtualsymposium.blogspot.com/. Lots of fun. Haven't heard anything from Jake, though.
