Thomas learned to spell his name this week.

At least he did it twice in a row without help.
Friday night the entire family went to the Yuen's for dinner and games. There was a babysitter to watch the kids, but it didn't work too well. Jonah didn't want anyone but mom. We finally got him to fall asleep in the carseat. The pizza was good. Thomas enjoyed playing with Logan. Karl won settlers. We should do that again, but perhaps leave the kids at home (or have the game night at our home).
Saturday we went to the Children's Discovery Museum. Thomas had a blast. His favorite was the balls in the water. After naps we went to Costco. This was not a good idea to do the day before the Super Bowl. It was more crowded than Christmas Eve. We grabbed some samples and left, as we couldn't imagine needing anything from Costco badly enough to be worth waiting in that line. Just before dinner, Jonah decided to take the roomba charger and unplug it and put it in his mouth. He got a little shock and cried. We saw no injuries and he ate his dinner just fine, but we kept him up a little later and peeked at him at night to be sure. He didn't learn from it though, he tried to eat the flashlight as we looked in his mouth. The Roomba charger has now found a new home.

Thursday night Karl played some stake basketball and then Angela went to aerobic boot camp (I should do this every day).
Today we came home from church to discover something wrong with the heater. Good thing we don't live in Utah, but it will still be a cold night. Hopefully we can get someone to fix tomorrow.
Karl had a busy rest of the week at work while the rest of us had fun at home.
