Description

Ingredients

  • 12 c coarse bread crumbs
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c finely chopped onion
  • 1 1⁄2 c chopped celery
  • 2 1⁄2 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 2 T dried sage or poultry seasoning

Instructions

Prepare coarse bread crumbs.  Melt butter in heavy skillet. add onions and celery and cook until onions are nearly done, stirring occasionally.  Toss in remaining ingredients. If dressing is dry, add a little milk.
