Pictures from our fifth anniversary trip to Big Sur. We stayed at a "rustic" cabin, and bided our time hiking and hanging out on the beach.

We drove down to Big Sur Friday morning to celebrate our fifth anniversary.  On the way we stopped in Monterey for lunch at Bubba Gumps (good but a bit overpriced for the amount of food) and then a fun park.  We then drove on to a "rustic" cabin at the Ripplewood Resort.  It was a lot less rustic and a lot bigger than we had believed it would be.  But we won't complain.  After checking in we went on a short waterfal  read more »

So nothing seemed to work this week.  Our computer had a major crash, and it took most of the evenings this week to fix it.  Karl’s phone had to be replaced.  We couldn’t figure out how to salvage the sprinkler system in our side yard.  read more »
