Karl and Angela spent an obscene amount of time working this week. Karl came home after 7 most nights, and went back to work as soon as the kids were in bed. Angela’s work never seemed to stop. Jonah and Thomas sure were a handful this week. read more »

Jonah’s baby blessing is today. We’ll dress him up in the same white tuxedo that Thomas was blessed in, except it’s a little small. Jonah already weighs 13 lbs 9.8 ounces, according to his two month check up this week. Yep, he’s a chunker. read more »



Well, this week, besides the Olympics (which we watched less of once Gymnastics ended) and a Wednesday Teppen-yaki lunch with Becky and Wayne, was pretty much the usual. That is until Saturday. It was actually rather ironic, because we were talking about food allergies and how they were likely behind us right before lunch. Then we gave Thomas a piece of an orange, and what does he have? Yes, an allergic reaction (at least we are 95% sure that is what it triggered the problem. This week went pretty much the same, except that Thomas decided to grow up some more. Thursday Angela tricked him into walking after his push cart which caused him to take 10 steps in a row. We knew he could do this for some time, he was taking little walks here and there (from furniture to furniture for about a month ). Friday Angela set remotes and blocks as bate for Thomas on stools around the living room at a comfortable enough distance that he decided it would be easier to walk to them.
